A 35-year-old woman has been officially charged with the attempted murder of global superstar Rihanna. The suspect, identified as Ivanna Lisette Ortiz of Orlando, Florida, appeared in a Los Angeles court on Tuesday following a violent shooting incident at the singer's residence.
The attack occurred on Sunday afternoon while Rihanna was inside the property. Reports confirm that her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, their three young children, and Rihanna’s mother were all present at the time of the shooting. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
